Currently participating in the mLab summer internship at mobitouch, actively developing a full-stack MVP solution for a local non-profit foundation (Fundacja Q) to digitize their crisis management operations.

Working within an Agile team under professional mentorship, I apply production standards including code reviews, unit testing, and Git discipline. By the end of the program, I will have delivered a complete MVP from discovery to deployment, mastered agentic coding practices, and established strong enterprise-level software engineering habits.

Attended an educational visit to Splunk’s Kraków office - a global leader in big data analytics, observability, and cybersecurity.

Gained firsthand insight into how global enterprises architect large-scale monitoring, data analytics, and cybersecurity infrastructure while discovering current industry standards and key competencies expected of junior software engineers. Additionally, connected directly with engineers and company representatives to gain valuable real-world industry perspectives.

Completed a 3-month practical program organized by PCI, focused on user-centered product development, business modeling and public speaking.

Key Learnings & Achievements:

- Design Thinking: Mastered user-centered design methodologies - from conducting user research and identifying pain points to mapping Customer Journey Maps.

- Business Model Canvas: Learned to structure technical ideas into viable business models, evaluate value propositions and estimate market potential.

- Public Speaking & Pitching: Participated in workshops on communication, learning how to effectively pitch technical concepts to mentors, judges.

- Digital Health/MedTech: Acquired domain insights into building digital health solutions and healthcare technology concepts in a team.

Competed in the 3rd edition of HackCarpathia, the largest hackathon in the Podkarpackie region, joining over 500 participants to build innovative tech solutions under tight deadlines.

Key Learnings & Achievements:

- Rapid Prototyping & MVP: Co-developed 4 distinct product concepts and web prototypes centered around the theme of "Adolescence and Growing Up".

- Prioritization Under Pressure: Learned to quickly isolate core features (Must-haves), distribute tasks efficiently across the team, and maintain focus on product value during time constraints.

- Problem Solving: Gained hands-on experience transforming abstract social challenges into functional technology prototypes within hours.
